Joe Rush Smith, son of James Rush Smith and Belle (Rearick) Smith, was born November 8, 1935 in Seymour, MO. He passed away at 3:55 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 in his home in Marshfield, at the age of 80.
Joe was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Fasco in Springfield. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon; two sons, Carl Joe Smith, Marshfield and Brad Rush Smith and his wife Helen, Marshfield; and five grandchildren, Justin Rush Smith, Quaid Monroe Smith, Destynye Elizabeth Rush Smith, Owen Rush Smith and Emma Lacey Smith.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2016 in the Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield.
