Virginia Lynn Williams, daughter of Donald Merriman and Marie (Spisok) Merriman, was born December 9, 1962 in Painesville, Ohio. She passed away at 4:09 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 53.

Virginia’s legacy is her dedication to God, her three children and grandson, her friends and family at Marshfield Assembly of God and in the Marshfield community and beyond, her work friends at the Assemblies of God Headquarters, and her prior service in the United States Air Force.

Virginia’s inheritance is eternal peace, giving glory to God.  We thank God for the time she was present with us, and all He did through her to draw us closer to Him.  Her legacy is the work of the Lord, and there is no doubt that she has already heard the words “Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!”

Survivors include her husband Robert; her children, Curtis Williams, Camp Pendleton, CA, Keshia Lynn Southern and her husband Max, Marshfield, and Charles Williams and his wife Taylor, Marshfield; one grandchild, Lincoln Southern, Marshfield; two brothers, Rick Merriman, Painesville, OH and Donnie Merriman, Ashtubula, OH; and many other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be at 6:30 p.m. Monday, August 1, 2016 in the Marshfield Assembly of God, under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield.

The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to CFO for The Virginia Williams Memorial Fund to help families cope with sudden loss of a loved one, in care of Fraker Funeral Home, P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
