Jennifer “Ann” Robinson, daughter of David Richerson and Mary Lou (Morgans) Richerson, was born October 28, 1954 in Marshfield, MO. She went to her eternal home Monday, March 17, 2014, at the age of 59.
Ann married her high school sweetheart Tom Robinson and was blessed with two sons, Corey Robinson and Tobey Robinson.
She was a graduate of Marshfield High School and also graduated from Drury University with a dual major in accounting and business management. She worked at GE for 18 years and PSC Accounting before retiring. She was also an active member and served on the board at the Elkland Independent Methodist Church, a worthy matron of the Eastern Star and board member of the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Ann loved to read the bible. Her favorite was Ecclesiastes 3:1. To everything there is a season, a time to every purpose under heaven. Ann’s purpose was to enrich and bless each of us with her presence. In reading through the verses, her life was a reflection of this chapter.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Mariona Crawford; and a niece, Rebecca Crawford.
Survivors include her husband, Tom; two sons, Corey Robinson and his wife Dawnielle, Mt. Vernon, Tobey Robinson and his fiancée Jera Crossland, Elkland; one granddaughter of the home, Maleia; two grandchildren, Elle and Kylea; her parents, David and Mary Lou Richerson, Elkland; one sister, Loretta Angst and her husband Larry, Elkland; one brother, Dale Richerson and his wife Janette, Elkland; and many other relatives and friends.
Ann would want everyone to remember Ecclesiastes 3:4. A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2014 in the Elkland Independent Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Old Pleasant View Cemetery, Elkland.
