Delmar Leon Fauscett, son of Chesley Fauscett and Gertie (Burks) Fauscett, was born June 28, 1928 in Marshfield, MO. He passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 in Mercy Hospital, Springfield, at the age of 86.
Delmar was a longtime delivery driver for Hiland Dairy. He was a U.S Army veteran and a member of Marshfield Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Madaline; two sisters, Agnes Galbraith and Ruby Vandall; one grandson, Nick Olson; and one great-grandchild, Caleb Rinard.
Survivors include one son and his wife, Gary and Patti Fauscett, Lebanon; three daughters, Cathy Rinard, Des Moines, IA, Diane Phelps and Roland “Jake”, Ankeny, IA and Deana Taylor and her husband Jeff, Kansas City, KS; four sisters, Nadine Rhoades, Rockport, TX, Leona Rost and her husband Donald, Marshfield, Sue Carter and her husband Murlin, Springfield, and Connie Crawford and her husband Donnie, Marshfield; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services with military honors will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 23, 2104 in the Fraker Funeral Home, Marshfield. Visitation will be from noon until service Thursday in the funeral home.
