Paul Franklin Hamilton has left a legacy that remembers and honors him as he departs his temporary home to live with his Heavenly Father and Savior.
He leaves friends and family who knew him as one who listened more than he spoke; sensitive to the needs of others. His gentle yet powerful spirit was dedicated to serving his Savior Jesus Christ and others.
His legacy includes his marriage to Jeannene (Erb), a union of 67 years. To this union was added two daughters and a son Jim Hamilton and wife Cindy, Linda Bearden and Darlene and her husband Charles Ballard. The family is blessed with nine grandchildren and eighteen great-grand children.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Minerva (Smith) Hamilton, four brothers, six sisters, one grandchild Lorenda and her father Larry Bearden.
Paul loved his family and enjoyed time with his horses on the farm. He was grateful for his employment at ShoMe Power Electric Cooperative for 42 years and his friends there. He served his Lord in the church faithfully and ministered to many wherever he was.
