Father which is in heaven.”

On June 5, 1973, a special little girl was born to Joe and Ruth Miller. This little girl was an angel on loan from God, a sweet reminder of His presence and love in a world that never fully made sense to her. No one meant more to Francie than her Daddy and Mommy, who lovingly cared for her needs, but in many ways she belonged to everyone whose life she touched.
